Yes. Our studio is based in Tsim Sha Tsui, but we design and support systems for clients across the region and beyond. Remote design work and remote calibration support are both available, and we travel for larger installations.
Most single-site installations run from survey to handed-over system in four to eight weeks, depending on the size of the space and the lead time on sealed enclosures. We give a clear schedule after the first survey, and we keep to it.
In most cases yes. We support common integration protocols and we document every interface so that a future vendor is never locked out. If your building already runs a management platform, tell us which one and we will confirm compatibility during the brief.
